Where does the lost time come in from the Auto? Two things I can think of:
- Slower gear change from 1 to 2. I notice that the other gears change fairly quickly but 1 to 2 feels slower.
- Gear ratio: never driven a 6MT but I image it's setup so that 2nd gear takes you right up to 60 at redline, while the 5AT probably goes to 70 in 2nd...
Anything else? Did anyone ever bother asking Acura what their 0-60 figure is for the AT?
By the way, I really doubt the Accord V6 AT does 0-60 in 6.5. More like 7.0.

The RSX-S have been hamstrung a bit by the lack of corner pulling torque. The 2.4L K24 in the TSX solves this.
Is that 0-60 time average or fastest?
i really doubt that it could be the fastest because ive revved to over 6000 rpm and the car really hauls ass. definitely not like a g35, but you could feel your body sink back into the seat

Hi

...if it goes on a major diet, I'm sure it'll hang with the RSX-Ss
