6MT shift knob ideas

I can't do the stock metal anymore because I get nicely burnt everytime I reach for the stock knob after the car has been sitting in the sun all day.

I wanted to see if Acura/Honda had something I could just buy to keep a somewhat stock look, but not much (or they are just too big and fat).

I'm curious who here has changed their knob to something else (besides something metallic).

I'm thinking the leather Momo Anatomico Shift Knob (short one).

Interestingly, I found a link for shift knob reviews (by various users):

Would an auto knob lengthen your overall throw? Momo offers standard knobs that are leather too!

Just dont buy fully metallic one with no cover. Your hand will be burnt in the summer and frozen in the winters.

The stock shift knob is wrapped in leatherette. When the top metal part is hot, I just use my fingers and only touch the leatherette. I have no problems shifting like that for a few minutes while the A/C cools the interior down.

Not sure that knob is an auto knob, looks standard (at least to me).

That doesn't look too bad either.
