07/08 has the Tire Pressure Monitoring System. 06 doesn't have it.

Also, 06's ecu can have the hondata reflash (07/08 can't).

Basically, they're all the same. If you're into performance, though, you'll want the 06 for the ability to reflash. Who needs the TPMS anyway...it costs money to add the equipment to non-equipped rims and stuff, plus I hear it's annoying when the weather changes and thus the tire pressure changes.

Do all 3 have the 205hp engine? I have an 05 and want to trade it in for a low mileage CPO TSX, I do not like the look of the new Body style of the 09's.

06 is the mid-model year cycle refresh. Bluetooth, faster navigation hardware, slight engine changes to produce a little more power, a better flowing catalytic converter, etc.

i mean i understand that the 06-08 have a few more amenities and things like that, but if i were to go through that whole process of trying to sell a car and then buy a used car, it would be for something that has a bit more difference than just a facelift and a couple extra gadgets. But if you think it's worth it, go for it.
