3 questions

1. I need to run a couple of wires through the firewall for siren and lights. Anyone have any suggestions on the best place to go through?

2. I also need to run wires to the trunk to mount some equipment. Any suggestions there?

3. Lastly, I need to remove the A-pillar covers to run a wire, do these just snap off, they feel pretty tight.

Thanks!

All of these questions can be answered with the search button above.

1- You can run wires through the main wire loom, which is not easy to do, or drill a new hole.
2- Pull up the door panelling to run wires to the back, this is pretty easy to do.
3- Pop of the 'SRS' button with a knife or flat screwdriver, then snap the pillar off.

Are you transforming the TSX into a cop car?

Option for # 2, go under the rear seat and carpeting

Always depends on how you drive it. The TSX can be oversteered fairly easily.

The best place to run wires is through the driver side fender. Open the hood and you will see the trim running down the length of the enging bay. You can run your wires under that trim. Then take off part of the drivers wheel well lining (just a couple of clips to pop off) and then run the wire to the inside through one of the sealed holes. Just make sure to use some clear silicon to close the hole back up when your done. I just ran my wires through the actual seal...Enjoy...
