Talking 2007 BMW 335i Impression

I got to drive a 2007 BMW 335i on Saturday. First of all, the car is awesome and the engine is wicked fast. It had a 300 hp twin turbo with a 6 speed steptronic transmission and iDrive. The interior is very similar to the sedans, the one I drove had red leather which made it look very sporty and expensive. The exterior is different from the sedans and looks more muscular. I am not sure I like the rear end that much but the rest of the car more than makes up for it. Another thing I don't like about it is the $46,000 price tag. They didn't have any 328i's yet, but I think I've already found my next car.

What does this have to do with the TSX? A 2 door coupe making 300 HP, costing 20k more than the TSX. That's not anywhere near entry level sport/lux. Unless, of course, the next gen TSX coupe is benchmarking it.....

I know that the BMW is far from the TSX, but since Acura is planning a coupe version of the TSX they need to increase horsepower and driving dynamics to compete with the BMW. The 328i offers 230hp, I think Acura should put the new RDX turbo or something similar in the TSX.

This has nothing to do with the TSX. This discussion should be taking place in Cartalk in the Off-Topic area.
