Hey, actually it's right on. The Consumer Price Index of March 2003 is 184.2 while it's 189.9 for September 2004, which is exactly a 3% increase :-)

I think that would be false. An oceangoing vessel cargo vessel is generally called a Ship.

Boats are smalled vessels that can be carried by Ships.

Yes, dealers definitely have a heads up if there is a problem and vehicles don't show up on time. This stuff happens or there is a strike or something of the sort that keeps the vehicles from arriving or leaving the port.
