Seriously, I think the Ody will be the next family truckster for us (when the Pacifica dies).

Yeah - before you have children ... the van seems unnecessary ... but then you learn
Domn ... I already dragged my wife ... and I won Ok ... I didn't ... but we might. I'll even put the twins in the TSX to even out the race

Hey sorry guys for the false alarm, but I'm every bit as disappointed as you are. But the 2005's gotta be here soon right? I think some dealers are already out of stock for the TSX? Man, this sucks, the later they release it, the more I'll have to pay for it, sigh.

Isharimu Hirikirii the lead designer explains:
"Accord SI-R is not a concept but a prototype. It's is an expression of our new cab-upward thinking. As we thrust our passengers skyward we will help them realize the Power of Dreams. The the rear two-thirds of the the Accord SI-R body opens like a giant SkyHatch to expose the ICB technology (Integrated Carry Bin) a large polycarbonate tub allowing our customers to experience exilarating performance combined with the ability to carry large quantities of gravel, sand and many other rock aggregates. It says hatchback ... I'm back. The side-rear door-like feature provides dimpling and reduced air resistance and will intrigue and beguile the viewer by asking 'Am I a car' ?"
" The sporty high ultra-revving new jVTEC engine is the latest embodiement of Honda Racing Heritage. Imagine an engine born on the track be made with the latest advanced manufacturing techniques while safely operating at 10,300RPM."
"Just making that engine out of plastic was an enourmous engineering challenge"; frowns Hirikirii
We wern't allowed to drive the TSX-SIR Prototype .... yet. But sitting behind the wheel of the new sports car at the Geneva Auto show, it all seemed worth it. As for the rumors about the a new Silica foundation technology Isharimu is tight lipped. Honda says that less than 5000 of these cars will be made a year.
"It's going to crush everything else you have seen today"

wow that guy is pretty funny. Hey why aren't you telling them about the new options/accesories for the 2005 TSX, like the...
GT Wing Manifold; +20 HP, $300.00
Official Maxwell House© performance exaust tip; +25 HP, $350.00
R Decal; +5 HP, $30.00
Also new for 2005 if I am correct is the "G-SPEC" package by G-Unit©, which includes...
22" Giovanni 147-spoke gold wheels
4" raise of the rear suspension
a retractable disco ball that replaces the interior dome light
your choice of a "supply of crack" or "ho's in the back"
pricing is estimated to be in the area of $5,000-$6,500 not including dealer installation fee.
Sounds pretty cool to me, I hear it adds 20 BP (Bling Points) to your Bling-Bling Factorial.

That's nothing I have the retail brochure for the '06TSX from my friend who owns a dealership. After the new model introductions in the fall they send all the dealers to a confrence, usually in Cali, Florida or Ohio to introduce the next, next years model ... so he got multiple copies of the 06 retail literature in his confrence kit. He says he'll get the '07 literature while he is there.
He alsoo says Honda does all the final marketing and product design 2 years ahead of time so they'll have products to release even if they have to pull engineers for other projects like the Honda Jet.
I can't post them here yet, but e-mail me and I'll send you a copy.

I'm thinking of getting an 05 TSX on pre-order but have to put a $5000 deposit , would anyone be interested in a group buy ?

For instance the Navigation system engine is the same on TSX and TL and the TSX can support bluetooth but isn't wired up for it out the door because it adds an extra to the TL feature list. Similar with the memory seats feature and the electronically controlled 6 speed automatic which is already built into the TSX and TL at the factory but the 6th gear is not yet used.

Hey guys,
Was at 2 different acura dealers the past two weeks and both told me that the 2005 TSX models will be out beginning in November. The only change from the '04 model will be the addition of a 4-way power passenger seat and XM satellite radio. The total amount of the car will increase by $800 from the '04 model.
