2005 TSX Brochure -- Pics P.2

I was able to obtain a copy of the 2005 TSX brochure. Almost every picture is the same as in the 2004 brochure. However, it appears they photoshopped what appears to be a "stub antenna" on the top of every car where warranted. I guess this will be a key way to tell the model years. Does anyone know why they have added the little antenna box 2005?

I would love to but I do not have a scanner. Let me talk to some people but it may take some time. Sorry about that.

The only other difference is the controls on the steering wheel are black (and evidently illumninated)....

Did you get the brochure from the dealership? Your message seemed to suggest some covert operation dealing with the lowly underground car brochure black market.

Isn't this "stub antenna" already on the TSX pics on Acura website(i.e. when you mouse over "TSX" or build your own? It's been there for a while...if that's what you're referring to

EDIT: I just checked the site again, and it's not there any more if you do build&price, but it's still there if you mouse over "TSX"

This title is deceiving.

My hopes were high as I was giving the right side of my mouse a click, my mind was expanding and more than ready to see the beautiful shots of the 05...but no. No pictures. None.

Ugh.

So what's the weight of the 2005 model? I'm curious to know how much it goes up.

You can just drop by your Acura dealership and pick up a brochure. I picked up brochures for the RL, TL and TSX over the weekend. I'll look into posting some pictures.

Doesn't look much different from the 2004 one. You should have shot the pictures without flash.

It looks like the 2005's have a visible external antenna now... is that for the XM?

Nevermind.. I missed the entire first page of this post.

Lighting was too dark for non-flash pictures. Anyways, shooting pictures of a brochure isn't going to look as good as scanned pictures. Easiest thing would be to go to an Acura dealer and pick up all their '05 brochures.

Edit: Oh yeah, if you want to get a bigger sized picture for it, then take the location of the image and remove the "sized" part of it.

ie. Change from:

The middle interior color is still Quartz Leather. If you look at my previous post, I show how to get rid of the "sized" imaging so you can read the text.

It only looks brown because of the camera flash.

The buttons don't look that bad. Besides after 10 minutes in the car they'll blend right in.

domn, who can control his radio and cruise blindfolded.
