2004 tsx body parts compatibility

Hey everybody, id like to know if body parts like fender, bumper and hood from a 2004 tsx would fit the 2004 cl7 honda accord. The reason i ask is i live in jamaica and parts for the tsx are easier for me to find online and get from the states than parts for my car from japan. Or if anyone could recomend a cheap site to find parts for my car.
