07 fog light cover removal?
I'm talking about the colored trim piece in front of the fog lights. Can this be done without removing the front bumper? Any advice or instructions will be appreciated.

no, you'll have to take off the bumper since there are some clips on the back side as well as a screw that must be removed in order to get the cover off. I had to remove those in order to install my 06 Euro-R front lip.
