Hey guys,

I just wanted some advice from fellow TSX owners in regards to purchasing the extended warranty? I currently have about 9k on my 07 TSX with Navi. I was planning on keeping the car for quite awhile. So, it had me thinking, perhaps I should purchase the extended warranty. My main concern would be something like the Navi screen going out. Although, it is a Honda product and they seem to run pretty good. I guess my point is, coming from a prior domestic vehicle, I am not really sure what to expect as far as reliability goes down the road with the TSX. Do you guys recommend that I purchase the warranty, or just save my money and take my chances? Again, my biggest concern is the Navi going out, but I suppose that replacing that once would be cheaper then the exteded warranty anyway's. Any suggestions?

I searched it and found my answer. Sorry guys. I've come to the conclusion that it's not worth it. I suppose, that is what I pretty much expected from Honda/Acura, but I wanted to make sure.

Yep. On an '04 I'd say it would be worth it if you are going to keep the car past the warranty period, but '05+ seem to be more solid and I'd pass on the extended warranty there. Good luck with your '07.
