06 Defect???

Quick question. Anyone else out there having a problem with their '06 TSX seats? When I first noticed this I thought my slightly plump Hispanic a$$ was causing the problem but I had 3 or 4 under 150 pounders try out the seat and the same thing happened. I have only had the car for a little over two months and less than 3500 miles. So I took the car back to the dealer and they told me it was a recall on the seat track? So after 5 days of dogging out the AT 06 TSX dealer loaner I got my baby back and end of problem.............................. not so fast. Now the passenger seat makes the same damn annoying noise. Before I flip my wig and go Ron Artest on that a$$ I wanted to see what the dealy might be. Could those punks have just switched the seat tracks? My girlfriend weighs all of 100 lbs. Please help before you find me on the 5 o clock news.

I wasn't trying to be a wise ass, but in all the new '06s I've driven, I noticed no squeeking. Do you think it's coming from the seat track or the seat cushion?

My bad..... I wasn't trying to be a wise ass either. Trust me the thing did not make the noise when I test drove. I traded in an 04 TSX for the 06 and I figured the seat track would be the same????? Other than the fact the 06 has memory seats???? It started about a month after I used it.

What did the repair order say they did during the 5 days they had the car?

My 06 has the same problem. I have not taken it back to the shop yet. It sounds like a 10 year old MB.

Work order says "Replace Driver Front Seat Track" or something to that effect. I just found it odd that when I was comparing and contrasting the passenger seat was fine and now less than two weeks after getting my car back and the first time someone sits in the passenger seat it makes the same darn noise. I am sure Acura will make it right but the time and aggrevation is the worst.
