I have a 04 tsx 6speed with nav and when I try to set the cruise the main cruise light will come on like it should when I press the cruise button, But when I press the set or cancel buttons the horn blows and the cruise won't engage. I've tried unplugging the horn fuse but no luck it still does not work . Could this be the clock spring ?

 

Cable reel seems likely. You need a shop manual to DIY this job. Caution is necessary to remove air bag to access. If you don't have a shop manual, check ebay seller automanualsource for a $21.99 e-manual. That's what I have.
