Is Acura gonna offer the XM radio and Navi linked auto AC features that the '04 Acccord EX Leather models have. All 2004 EX models with Leather include XM radio built into the radio and include 3 months of free service, and models with Navi use the GPS sensor from the Navi to help make adjustents to the Dual-zone Auto A/C. Anyone know if they will be filtered into the TSX?

I'm confident that the TSX will soon get XM radio.

I believe the GPS linked climate control is for the TL, not the Accord.

The XM satellite radio is listed as an accessory for the TSX, at least in the accessory brochure I saw today at my Acura dealer. I was looking for a hands free phone setup and, while that feature is not listed in the formal accessory brochure I saw, the parts dept. has one listed for the TSX. It goes for about $120 with an added cable to hook into the radio and mute it when a call is coming in. I wasn't able to find out how much it is installed. I was surpised to see the XM radio setup available. As for the climate control (which is a TL feature), I heard two versions of how that works -- one it is guided by the GPS and the other is thru a temperature/sunlight sensor on the dash (maybe both??). Who knows? I think the future is bright (pun intended) for those of us who want extra techno goodies. Hell, we can't keep buying the latest cars with the latest gadgets. Or can we??

Isn't the XM accessory for the TSX FM modulated? If so, sound quality might be an issue.

I'm running a Sirius SAT-radio tuner via a Kenwood FM-modulator set-up into my OEM Honda head-unit. Most SAT-radio modulators actually switch off your antenna lead once powered up, and feed directly into you head unit a very clean analog signal. If you want Satellite radio and OEM only offers an FM-modulator set-up don't worry the sound quality is still awesome, way better then normal radio.

Bluetooth would be awesome as a future TSX feature.. althought I doubt it will get it.. I see it only as a TL and RL feature

Parrot is coming out with a bluetooth based accessory in an upcoming electronics show (spring '04) that plugs into a car power outlet and wirelessly connects your phone and the system.
