IIRC, the stock TSX springs will fit and give you a 2" drop straight away. That model Accord shares almost everything with the 2G TL.

They should fit from what I hear. But be warned that they will not fit a 3.2TL. Been there done that.. Big waste of time and money. But it should be ok if you have a 2.5

If I recall on the 3.2 TL, the front suspension is similar to the Legend, but the rear is not swappable with anything else.

I have a 96 TL 2.5. So I can get lowering springs and shocks from the 94-97 accord and it will bolt right up no problems or mods?

The springs won't work. The shocks will bolt right up.

What suspension parts can be used besides shocks?

The shocks will actually lower you 0.75" since they are meant for a 4-banger and our cars are heavier.

Then add springs and you will have a sick drop.

At one point, I was looking at Accord shocks with an Eibach Pro-kit so I would of been lower ~2" in the front and ~1.75" in the rear.

IIRC, when I bought my B&G coilovers, the box said CL (1st Gen).

I had no problems fitting the struts/shocks on my 2.5.

Only problem was the spring rate was not correct. There was no gaps between the coils. They sent me another pair and it was good.

Still have the coilovers til this day!

Here check this out:

http://www.prostreetonline.com/catal...undcontrol.asp

Part numbers are the same for the CL (1st gen, I'm assuming the 3.0 V6), 2.5TL, & Accord V6 (5th gen)

Call them up to confirm. Good luck!

You can use 94-97 accord springs and shocks, I have a D2 coilovers system with my 98 2.5, with 19's, used to just have lowering springs but that just didn't feel right

So there's a guy near me selling his 05 TSX struts, and I was wondering if the springs would fit on my factory shocks okay or should I go with aftermarket shocks if I get them.
