why do my hid's only work on high beam

why do my hid's only work on high beam

how do i fix this....i just installed an h4 6000k hid kit from Halo....but when i turn on low beam there is no light....only high beam...can someone help...any suggestions

Maybe you hooked them the wrong way..

Did you ground the HID kit to the battery?

It's because the harness was made improperly. Cheap kit...

Anyhow, try removing the spades from the HID harness side of the H4 plug, then switching them around in the three available slots until you find the right combination for the common ground for negative and the low beam positive.
