I brought a universal 4 wire o2 sensor off line from a place called global automotive and i keep getting the same code, I was told that our cars don't like some aftermarket parts. So if you used an universal up stream o2 sensor and have not had any issues with it please let me know the price and the site.

When I went to the dealer to get my o2 sensor replaced, they had to order it according to VIN number.

 

just get OEM from a respectable store, the cheap ones are a waste.

 

Checking prices for oem so far best price is 219

 

I replaced both sensors while back. I bought the OEM from http://oxygensensors.com for $60.00 (approx) for each, spliced the wires, I used the original harness/ connector from the bad sensors. They are still running and I already went thru 2 emission tests / smog tests and had no problem.


OEM sensor will work if follow the wire connection instruction right.

Why spend $209.00, are you out of your mind?

 

lol, thanks meazz just found that site and they have a sensor for $65 that to fit, no cutting it's a replacement for the oem. the one i got from that other site, i did splice and connect the wires but it still gives me codes, I went to their site and it gives the wiring diagram but still no good. I'll be ordering from the site tonight
