ugh rotors keep warping

Hey guys whats up. I can't seem to figure out whats wrong. I turned the old rotors twice and put new pads on. The rotors kept warping so i went ahead and put new rotors on. The calipers work fine nothing sticking or dragging. The caliper bolts are well lubed. This is the front by the way. So next step is checking the front end and alignment. The front end is tight no play at all. Got an alignment today. The brand new front rotors are starting to get significant vibration again when light pressure is applied to the brakes. When heavy pressure is applied the vibration goes away.
When driving at highway speed I can hear a high pitched hum. It's not wheel noise. I am guessing the bearings are bad. Anyone else have this problem. I am stumped because there is no play in the wheel. Could the bearing not be square in the housing? Could this cause the rotor to warp?
Any suggestions would help.
Thanks a lot.

What kind of rotors are you using?

Also how many sets have you been through?

Do you have a 2.5 or 3.2?

each time you turn rotors, they get thinner, which causes them to heat up more when you brake since less metal = more heat in a smaller area. Now when you replaced the rotors, what brand did you use?

I'm having the same problem as well. I bought the car 3 years ago and the brakes were good. Then the front rotors got screwed up so I put some cheap ones and they warped in less than a year. So then I bought some normal Brembos which have already warped after roughly a year, but still drivable. My mechanic said that it's probably the calipers that are getting old and are responsible for it even though he always lubes(?) them up when changing pads/rotors.

Are a lot of you guys still using original calipers?

I am. The car was bought with slightly warped rotors, haven't changed them yet as they haven't gotten worse. Its only a very slight vibration when braking though. Pads have never been replaced either, but they're getting pretty thin. I already have two pistons waiting though.

I got the same problem but took me a year to actually notice it so hopefully a dual piston mod soon. Full ceramic brakes helps keep the vibration down alot less noticeable.

The wrong torque can influence premature rotor warping.

Or else it might be your style of driving...LOL!
