I've been pretty neglectful but am looking to take care of some fluid changes that are long overdo. I'm looking to do my coolant, tranny fluid, and differential fluid.

What I am wondering is do I really need to change my coolant and differential fluid? How would I tell?

Also, I see a sticky thread for changing the tranny filter by taking off the pan, but is this a necessary step in changing out the transmission fluid?
