Something Broke?
Something Broke?
Long time reader first time writer,
Guys I have 1996 TL 2.5, Yesterday while driving my car shook like it had a flat, I parked it and noticed when I turn the steering my front passenger side wheel moves but not the driver side one
. Looked below and the control arm is broken (I guess)
because I beleive it the rod that is connected to the wheel.
As you all may have guessed my technical knowlede is pre-k standard. Could I get some help like:
1, What is the (fair) cost of repair.
2, If I would need to order any parts.
3, Should I do any wheel alignment.
4, Could it demage the wheel parts like rotors and stuff attached to the same wheel.
Looking forward to hear from the pros...any input appreciated..

The control arm is a hefty piece of metal
The Tie Rods would be about thumb size in diameter with
threads you can see, and connect the steering to the wheel assembly
A pic would help us here
Have it towed to an independant shop- look in phone book - automobile repair
and you will find an Acura specialist or import shop and call them
It will need alignment as part of repair
