Hello! i just got a 1996 Acura 2.5TL and i am having an issue with overheating. The fan wont turn on to cool down engine. i have flush the radiator, change thermostat, bleed it and still wont turn on. it only turns on when car is off. any ideas? recomendations?

the car wasnt used for at least 2 years.

 

The engine coolant drain valve is a small white threaded plug on the bottom of the radiator on the passenger side .
