hi i have a 96 acura 3.2tl and the abs light comes on alot and the tcs comes on once and a wile. i shorted the service check connecter and got

tcs 4 long flashes, and 8 short ones im guessing thats code 48

abs however had no long flashes i got
1 flash pause, 2 flashes, pause, 4 flashes, pause, 8 flases, pause, 4 flashes pause, 8 flashes

id appriciate any help

 

The pause between codes is 5 secs and between digits of same code only one second.

Code 48 is fault with LR wheel sensor. There are a number of possibilites besides a bad wheel sensor. I would suggest removing wheel and cleaning the sensor and the tone ring (cogged wheel that turns on axle under the sensor). Stuff a rag in the hole and turn the wheel to clean the lugs. Dirt can degrade signal to point where code occurs.

i know the abs sound a little off but that is whats its doing. i tryed to take a video of it but my camras not working for some reason.
