recently just bought a 96 3.2 TL with 195k miles.
runs fine just need a passenger side headlamp. found one on ebay for 80 bucks plus 50 dollar shiiping and handling.
that is ridiculous

Good luck. That is actually cheap. I called the nearest Honda/Acura dismantling and they want $275 picked up for one healight.

 

$130 for a headlight is DIRT cheap, especially if it's got all the tabs intact.

Try car-part.com search for a used part. I found some as low as $50. If you search near your zipcode, you may be able to find a bargain nearby. I have ordered mail shipment by a phone call after finding on car-part.com and had good results; eg. a 2.5TL ECU for $50 shipped.
