Could be a lot of different things....could be clogged fuel injectors, engine not getting enough fuel until higher RPM's? how does it run when it'd just idling?

more people would help.

My accord is sluggish on throttle tip-in nothing really you can do about it.

Maybe it's idling too low?

where is the oil leak coming from- the rear main seal? get that fixed

Do you mean: when you start the car and put it in Drive, it takes a few seconds to engage and go forward?- then when it shifts to the next gear it makes the engine rev up -zoom- before the next gear engages and makes the car go forward?

I had a problem like this recently but my oil was disappearing and then I found out that it was my oil filter. I'm trying to understand you as well. Like does the car kick when you press on the gas or does it go like slow and then it revs then goes back to normal? I think it could be your transmission if it is kicking or you might just need to change a fluid (ie. transmission or oil). It could also be what vas25tl stated as the fuel injector or what 01tl4tl states as a rear seal. try to give us as many details as you can because to much information is never bad so that we can help you narrow down the problem to what it might be.

conveying the essense of the problem is whats important, not your spelling or typing skills
Just get out as many facts on the problem so we can help~

Have you ever tried seafoaming? Seafoam helps the car's idle by getting rid of carbon build up in the engine over the years and miles.

I would do that. Have you changed your tranny fluid at all? I would do a drain and fill if you haven't done that and maybe even change the screen. You can also change the differential fluid and that might help. There are DIY for these is the Problem & Fix section.

No you shouldn't have to pay for labor if it's under warrany. I had mine replaced last month under warranty and didn't have to pay a penny. Just curious, was your CEL on?

Speak for yourself buddy. I have a lot of HISPANIC friends that know how to read, write, and speak english properly. It's not about being lucky, rich, and going to a rich school. It's about actually paying attention while in school. Good luck.
