Mirror fell off?

Mirror fell off?
hi everyone, first post here. I hope this is in the right section
I own a '98 TL 3.2. The drivers side mirror (during a carwash) came loose.
I folded the mirror in when I went into the carwash. When I came out, I folded it back out and it was very lose. I started home and the mirror is very loose on the base. It twists on the metal hinge pin, however it's 'unlocked' off of a metal circular plate that sits at the bottom of the hinge pin, which sits on the housing to the door. I can't figure out how to get this to attach for the life of me.
I've looked online for assembly materials and I've come up clean. Would anyone know how to get this sucker back tight again onto this pin? Here are some pics to explain my situation.
Thanks in advance! My wife is gonna kick my ass if I can't fix this

Thanks for the reply. There are three screws, all still there and tight. I tried to get at them with a bendable bit and Philips head and they seemed as tight as they should be.
Here are some more pics too, thanks again for your help
I just can't seem to figure this thing out

Looks like shaft retainer or spring has broken. You may be able to repair by removing the mirror, but more likely you'll need to purchase a used unit and repaint the mirror housing. Looks like you or someone hit the backside, perhaps w/ an upward thrust and damaged mirror.
good luck
