Maintenance Req.

Would any one know why my maintenance req just turned yellow. YES, the little square beside it turned to yellow while yesterday it was green. I do have a CEL on, but i really wouldn't know what it is.

It has nothing to do with the CEL. It changes color based on how many miles have you driven after reseting/oil change.I think its around 7500 miles. To reset it just put your car key in the little slot besides it and push is a little bit and you are done.

No. You just have to reset it after oil change. its nothing serious but just a reminder of some regular maintenance like checking all fluids etc...

it should turn yellow after 6000 mioes, and red after 7500...at least I think that's what the owners manual said.
under the maintenance section, it says to change the oil every 7500, and the oil filter every 15000! (this is on the 3.2) maybe that's why my oil filter is $8 and not $4, lol

Finally got around to doing an oil change a couple days ago, and did my plugs, too. Found a Nippon Oil filter for about $6. Was very surprised, haha.
