has anyone swapped heated seats?

So after countless trips to junkyards, one of the junkyards finally got a 3.2 TL...i am currently in a process of stripping everything possible which i am very excited about.I got the 3.2 woodgrain with heater buttons.Has anyone tryed to change the heated seats motor from 3.2? If so what do i need to take, and how much wiring would be involved in all this?

uhm i don't think there is a heated seats motor... the only motor that should be under the seat is for the power seat adjustment... the heated seats are just power going from the switch to the heating pads inside the p.leather... the heating pad works by running high resitance current to generate heat... so if you are just trying to yank the heating element, you need to strip off the pleather and pull the pads out...
