Found problem - Buzzing from passenger side underdash - Need advice

After a few minutes of breaking my back and streching in weird positions looking at my interior fuse box, checking each single fuse one after another, Still had the buzzing sound.

So I got tired and decided to go feel for the buzz with my hand, what do you know, I found the problem.

Seems to be some high amp relay on the passenger side, there's a few of them lined up on the right side under dash almost hidden by the plastic side panel (sits slightly untop of it).

Its a light gray fuse that seems to be blown, the first one in the line (as in closest to passenger seat).

Anybody know what the heck it is? I didn't want to pull it off incase its something vital or like suddenly having an airbag blowing in my face lol.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. I'm assuming its a quick fix once I found out what the heck its relaying.

2.5TL 98.

Oh btw, if it might help,

It's related to that buzzing sound that dissapears once you turn on full low beam headlights. It starts buzzing when you start the car but dessapears when you turn on the lights.

Seen a few threads with that problem around here.

Update,

Mitsuba RC-2401 Part # 39796-SL0-003

Some relay related to headlights ~ DRL

Got the "rare" piece on the way from E-bay, Will update if fix worked without changing bulbs. (should work since low beam lights work fine) only 1 side doesnt work on DRL and high beams.

Yes, All canadian TLs do I think. PITA if you ask me to oblige manufacturers to include it legally. It's common sense to set low beams on when its snowy or rainy.

Didn't know you're in Canada, makes sense now. The thing is, you guys have had DRL as a requirement for a long time, so you know to turn on the headlights when it gets dark. Here in CA, idiots think their cars are auto so they drive at night with no taillights. It's also easier to lock the high beams on new cars, so if they actually DO turn on their lights, they drive around with high beams on thinking, "Hey, these new car headlights are much brighter than the old ones." When every other driver is flicking them off, they must think to themselves, "They're just hating on my new car," like every other idiot who can't wrap their minds around the possibility of their doing something wrong.

~Cheers~
