Electrical Problem?? No Radio, Int Lights, Headlight/ Key Alarm

Part of an adapter got stuck in my cigarette lighter earlier today. I was trying to pry the piece out with a pocket knife and I accidently completed the circuit. DOAH. I should have disconnected the battery and/ or turned the car off. A spark shot out and the radio stopped working.

Anyway, lesson learned. Now for the questions. Did I blow a fuse? The dome lights no longer work, but all of the dash lights are fine. The radio won't turn on, and the alarm that reminds me of the headlights being left on, or the keys in the ignition, no longer sounds. Also, only the middle speed of my windsheild wipers work now. (the quickest speed never worked since I bought it at 90k)

HELP!! My baby is about to turn 200k (96 3.2 TL) and I gotta have my tunes.

It's a 15 Amp fuse in the fuse box under the hood, by the battery. Takes 2 minutes to install.

When I blew mine, it was the one labeled "Small Light" but it obviously wouldn't hurt to check them all. The one that's labeled Radio is a 10A one, though.

It was the one labeled Interior Light. My new Rockford Fosgate sub is hitting hard. Thanks for the help.
