Door lock only works manually

Hey Guys,
I'm new around here and to the whole fixing-my-own-car thing, so forgive if I ask some dumb questions from here on out. I've tried searching for the answer to this question on here, but haven't quite found the reply I was hoping for, so I just figured I'd post it. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me shed a little light on it.

Anyways, here goes: I just recently purchased a 1996 TL 2.5. The rear passenger door lock works if you lock it and unlock it yourself, but doesn't if you use the power door lock feature from the front seats nor the key entry. Is this a problem that can be solved easily like a loose bolt, or do I need something like a whole new actuator? If I do, how much does one of those usually run? Thanks so much guys.

Its cool. I appreciate any help I can get. I may just try replacing the actuator to see if that'll work since I found one that is relatively inexpensive. However, it says its for the FRONT passenger side. Is it not the same part for the REAR passenger? All four doors use a different actuator? Thanks again guys.
