dead

replaced distributor and wont start. how do you adjust the timing or what do i do

turns over has fuel but no spark

pull a plug out and shove it into the boot. ground the tip of the plug and crank, see if it sparks. recheck the firing order since you may have put back the wires wrong.

firing order 1-2-4-5-3
do i hook the cylinder 1-2-3-4-5 to the distributor 1-2-4-5-3 ?

Match numbers on distributor to cylinders. No. 1 is all the way forward on engine and others follow.
