How do you you replace the D4 light in the instrument panel?

You have to take the dash out and once you get access to the back of the gauges then you can just take the bulb from first or second gear since those aren't used often and just switch it with the D4 and the light will come back on.

Good luck finding one. I broke mine, drove my car around with broken piece for 5 months.

You take the dash piece out around the gauges.

There are 4 screws that you need to take out (2 near the steering wheel under the black flap and 2 on the inner part of the black piece of the dash).

Then slowly take out the dash.

After you take out the dash, remove the 4 screws, then disconnect the gauges, and then you can move the bulbs from the gears around.
