when u start the car up it start to feell rough took it to my mechanic and he said it might be a blown cylinder or promblem with fuel injection he dont kno and asked me to take it to the dealership?? i dont kno i used to emission warrenty once already can you use it tiwce? its still under 150k

 

Are you seeing any loss of coolant? If yes, it could be a blown cylinder head gasket. A leak test is necessary to rule out other leak sources.

If no coolant loss and rough running, the more likely reasons are spark plugs, wires, distributor cap (if applicable), or rotor.

Problem could be but is less likely to be fuel delivery.

More info needed. Does the idle smooth out after engine fully warms or stays rough all the time? Does car accelerate OK w/ no noticeable loss of power?

umm no leak in the coolant but the sometimes the idle goes up on rmp on park and when u accelerate and let go of gas u can feel the power let go

 

Is it a '96 or '97 TL?

If so take it in and get it checked, the emissions warranty will cover most powertrain issues
