AC doesnt seem to work

Hey I just got my TL3.2 and the AC doesnt seem to work. I havent done any testing yet because I bought it today BUUUUUT.... is there / are there things I should know? And what relay controls the AC?

What do you mean by it doen't seem to work? Air is not blowing when fan on?
