Hi, 96 2.5L TL. After I drive it for long enough to get everything completely up to operating temp the trans has a harsh downshift under light to moderate acceleration, 4gr to 2gr or even 3gr to 2gr. 133K miles.
Any thoughts?
Is the trans electronics programable?

There's a list of hydraulic faults that can cause this, but they are primarily non-repairable (requires major trans disassembly). On repairs are on external components such as solenoid valves. These most set an engine code, but a few don't. Check for OBD2 codes w/ scanner or go to Autozone for a scan. Write down the code and post here for help.
