I had it replaced at the dealer 5 years ago while it was there for a complete tune up from the extended emissions warranty. Looking at my invoice, it says "dist. o-ring" part# 30110-P1R-A01 with a price of $6.27 and labor was $198.00.

I haven't done one myself, but could imagine the hardest thing to get to would be the two bolts that holds on the distributor cap. Here's a link to a diagram I've found online:

depends on what o-ring is leaking. About a 2 months ago I had leak coming from my distributor. Not very much of a leak, but i could feel oil underneath my distributor. I went to the acura dealer and got the o-ring that main70072 was talking about. It cost me about 8 bucks. Its real easy to remove distributor, I changed it. Its the one that goes on the shaft of the distributor.

Anyways, a few weeks later I still feel oil so I think my leak is probably internal within the distributor. I know there is an o-ring in there as well, but it pretty much requires a new distributor to change. So far its not that big of leak, so I am leaving it alone for now.
