95 TL 2.5 no crank no start

I'm having an issue where I get no crank no start. I already changed spark plugs, tested & changed battery, replaced throttle position sensor, & even coolant temperature sensor. The very last time I worked on this car was about half a year ago when I did everything mentioned above & replacing the coolant temperature sensor worked like a charm! but now I'm starting to have the same issues where if I go out for a drive to a store or even a 15-20 mile drive to my girlfriend's house & it won't start unless if I keep switching back & forth from park to neutral. Could it be the neutral safety switch? any help would be very grately appreciated! I will link a video with the issue asap
