I shorted the connector under the glove box as TexasHonda writes and here is the result. If someone could interpret what these flashes mean, that would be great. If TexasHonda could reply, that would be even better.

Code 17 = LR Wheel sensor open/short to ground or short to power.

Code 81 = CPU. It could be a CPU fault or perhaps just needs to be reset.

Suggest fixing the wheel sensor (check resistance perhaps 550-850 ohms from 97 2.5TL manual). Replace if defective. Check ebay, amazon, car-part.com for used parts.
