Interestingly enough I push the shifter into 4th and drive the acura I have, TL 03 and it's fine. Though if I drive it in OD/5th the car seems to shudder and make a sort of soft rumbling noise you may not hear if you're not a little good of hearing. It's irritating to think though what could that be?

Any clues at all, so I am trying to save money am I losing a trainy...

If torque converter locks up at too low speed, the engine will lug and a rumble/vibration will result. This can be a software fault or hydraulic fault. Check w/ Acura to see if there's a software update for your vehicle.

A drain/replace w/ Honda ATF may help.

Thank you, it does seem to lug some in between 30 and 40 ... then on and off a rumble and vibration like you speak. I'll do the research....
