Lightbulb Spoiler Installed/Wash/Wax

Just thought I would post some pics I took this evening after spending some time giving my baby some much needed attention. Put the spoiler on; very satisfied.

I love my paint... Pacific Blue Pearl baby.

Here is a good shot of the spoiler:

Another good shot of the hood:

One of my favorite shots:

Back view of spoiler... the LEDs are SO bright:

Let me know what you guys think! Also, next thing I have planned would be wheels/tires. After that I'm doing HIDs and some interior work. Thanks!

You no longer need your other break lap (The small lamp inside of the vehicle behind the rear window) but if you like how it looks it’s all good. I hade the same set up on my old car and my buddy said it looked kind of weird from behind therefore I unhooked it. Anyways, good upgrade!!! Looks good!!!

Oh!! I noticed you have pin stripes. I posted this earlier today to some one. It's a great D.I.Y. if you have extra time on your hands. The pin strips should peel off like tape. If the pin stripes don’t peel off easily, all you need is a blow dryer and a credit card.
Steps:
1.Wash the car or just the pin strip area (You’ll be scrapping off the pin stripes with the credit card therefore any dirt particles will scratch the paint).
2. Blow-dry the pin stripe area with low heat.
3. Slowly scrape the pin stripes off with your credit card.
-For the best results, step 2 and 3 should be done at the same time.
Do this at your own risk. If you don’t feel comfortable doing this, don’t do it.
Be patient. Good luck.

Very nice, where did you get the front plate?

I would disconnect the third brake light too, the one inside teh car, I think 4 brake lights look funny.

I agree with the pinstripe a bit, I took mine off not too long after getting the car. Itwas then that I Found out that I had to restripe it myself, couldn't figure out why, but half of them weren't painted underneith..

Well your right, I actually had to splice the spoiler harness into the third brake lamp harness to get both lights to come on. I figured I would see how it looks and decide on one way or the other if it grows on me. I will probably end up disconnecting the third brake lamp.

Thanks, the front license plate I got from the stealership. It looked better than two nasty holes w/chipped paint on my front bumper anyway. Cost 40 bucks though! I'm not to sure about removing the pin stripes just yet... I kinda like em, and I'm afraid they would leave marks if removed.

Thanks, yours was about 75% of the reason I decided to get mine. It really accents the car, and I think it retains it's classy look. Good taste.

take daytime pictures. I can't see your awsome paint. i would keep all the brake lights just to avoid someone hitting me from behind. it might not look great but it avoid accidents.

I don't think having two brake lights like that is any more effective than having just the one on the spolier light up.

Yeah, I took several pics during dusk... I posted the ones w/out the flash on... looks better and does not put any nasty glare in the photo. I think the paint looks really deep in these pics, and people always think my car is black unless its under bright light... the pearl in the paint really adds almost a "mystic look"... under bright lights it almost looks purplish, but at night people mistake it for black all the time...

It gives the car a clean look, but that’s just my opinion.
Pin stripes= Granny ride. Once again my opinion

The pin stripes don’t even look that bad on your car. I just wanted to let you know how to take them off if you were to be interested.

I appreciate that, I think when my car goes in for a paint job I am going to have them paint it w/out the pinstripes... Then ill look at it and decide wether or not I want the car restriped.
