My 2.5 on 19" Inspire Rims
Ok, guys- My hands are still dirty from mounting my wheels...
Imagehosting coming when the impending rain passes, but to be easy for now, I slapped up a Cardomain page, which I was gonna do anyway, so pardon the lack of pics in this thread- cuz I'm BEAT!!! lol
19" Katana Inspire- Black Chrome-
Luv um on my car- I'll prob have to drop it a little bit- maybe not even an inch- I'm not one for a really low car- I'm 6'5"- lol- The tires are 225/35/19's- no rub, and I can still turn like the 16's I just took off.... of course, I haven't had any passengers yet, so.......
So here's the link:
http://members.cardomain.com/kms_tl
Hope you guys like- I know the pics are but its all I could get at this time of night- lol (just got off work)
Thanks----
Oh, and Mike, thanks for the dash pic- I ordered that wood kit today, got an email saying I'd have to wait a couple of weeks for them to be back in stock... tick tick tick...... lol

thanks guys- nope, no rub- but then at this point, the only 2 passengers i've had have been 30 and 40 lbs each. lol
bcash- yeah the 3.2 wheelwell is apparently a little less roomy for the tires than the 2.5...

if you do drop it, the springs available is AT LEAST 1.3" in the front and 1" in the rear and you HAVE GOT to drop that bad boy. I am picky when it comes to wheels and the wheels look decent...not too flashy, yet subtle.
Good choice on the wheels, bro!

I think that 5 "star" style rims go really well on our cars. I remember back when 96TL and Tre got those giovanna corsicas (5 "star" rims) and those are nice too!
i've had my eyes on those "inspires" for awhile now and always wondered what they'd look like on our cars.
I have to say....
I want them now even MORE!!

actually, im a dealer- just starting dealing rims, tho- been doing stereo equip and accessories for about 13 years tho.... tell me what size/finish u want, and i'll price you... i won't charge you for shipping, you're about an hour from me- we could meet up, no biggie... ((the 19" black chrome on my car mounted/balanced w z rubber, tuner lugs and lock lugs i sell for about 1900 installed normally))
understand i don't want to use this forum for free shameless advertising, BUT if anyone is looking for stereo anything, i sell just about anything on the market for video, audio, now rims, if ur local to dc area, i install and have another installer... just pm me what u want--- ok, there's my shameless plug...
thanks again for the compliments, guys... i'll post better pics very soon, including some interior after i get my wood....

That's cool man. You'll like it. Your ride also looks great.

tks agn guys- pm'd those w q's.... day pics soon...
update on the 19" performance....
so i put about 200 miles on the car this weekend- 19's are great on this thing- steering is VERY responsive (no sidewall- lol), but of course, the ride's not as smooth as factory... but i'll eat that cuz its not too bad- and no loss of turning radius....
my vote on cornering- ; my vote on ride quality- acceptable- lol, overall- no complaints, it corners like a z- lol ((((well, kinda))))
