I'd like to, but I'm too lazy to drive myself. I'll go if someone I know is going and I'll just hitch a ride. Are you going?

I still haven't had the time to redo my headlights, I want to go with a slightly different look.

can you do mine.. OR just exchange headlights (I will put some cash on top.) I have perfectly good set of OEM headlights sitting in garage.

I'll trade you straight up if you want. No need for cash on top. Hows the condition of the headlights in your garage? Mine look pretty much mint unless you look very closely. The drivers side headlight has a tiny crack on the lense and the bezel also has a slight crack.

Just need some cleaning...

There are usually 3 tabs on bottom of headlight for installation, each headlight is missing one but it doesn't affect functionality or installation (I had them on my car, no rattles or any loose stuff). works like a charm. Let me know whats up...

and sorry mods for going way off topic...

any signs of clearcoat starting to peel from the top? Do you know about how many miles was on the car they came off of? hmm.... one broken tab on the bottom of each. Maybe I'll come up north one of these days and we'll have a mini meet and swap them out.

I just checked them again, I didn't see any clear coat peeling but there are a whole lot of dead bugs on them...

My car had around 130K miles when I took them off.

nahh, mine are pretty much mint, besides what I stated earlier. I'm thinking I'll just keep mine for the time being, but I'd gladly help you paint your headlights.

If you have a day off, we could just kick it at one of our houses and get it done and back on the car in a few hours time.

the headlights are still stock. No HID or anything like that, just the black painted bezel. I baked the headlights for 6 minutes at 230 degrees then pried them apart. As far as I know they don't make the rear window spoilers for these cars.

If you want a rear spoiler then go to eBay and pay $300+ for Honda Inspire rear wing.

If you want to black out your headlights then just follow the DIY in the 2nd or 3rd gen section because it is the same thing except you don't have to remove the amber corner.

here is one thats nice https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-photograph-gallery-96/my-type-s-full-spec-kit-roof-wing-643042/ look at the 3rd and 4th pic it makes the car looks so much nicer in my opinion, and i think our 1st gen cars would look better too becuase our rear is not nice at all the rl of our years had nice rear end but one tl got is like for old man or something i dont kno if u guys understand what im saying its too naked, anyways is it possible to get one these ? when u black out headlights do they work better or worst or no difference it just for looks

You should use sentences next time. The headlights have no difference in output after being blacked out. It reduced a bit of glare from light reflecting off the bottom of the bezel.

All second gen wheels are fine. 3G wheels are wider so they rub. Rolling fenders solve this problem, Mandy has done it. I'd say get a 2G type-S wheels if you can find one for reasonable price.

3rd gen rims are ok in front but need to roll the rears. They are so heavy though...that's what I feel. They look good, however!
