It still looks somewhat tacky. A pair of SP or World Sport mufflers would look outstanding. I just think N1 cans belong on fastbacks and Cavaliers, not our luxo-cruisers.

That actually looks like a members car. I can't remember the users name, but it was a girl and she was lowered on Tein springs and we asked to see more of her car but we never saw more than the front of the car. I tried doing a search but the search engine isn't working right now.

 

It wasn't loud, at least not louder than the car I was driving.

Yea it was an asian girl driving it. I woulda said hi or something if I was driving my Tl, but I was driving my friend's Legend.

Yah the mufflers look out of place for sure. I bet with some cleaner non N1 mufflers it'll look alright. The car is screaming a rear lip too. The drop and rim offsets look good though.

Id never put wheels on there unless you dunk it first. The concept is like a premature ejaculation. You need to make sure your pecker is in the slot before you goo, just like you need to make sure to dunk it first, then measure what you can clear, then buy/put the wheels on derr..


Whatever you do, look for more offset than the tl pictured above. That shit reminds me of a bread truck's front wheels...

Not yet. I have really been procrastonating on that device since i got my fc finished and back on the road. I need to have a detail place steam clean the carpet and headliner, reupholster the door panels, and just sell it..


Id like to trade it for a stock car quite honestly, i think id get a better shot at getting what i want out of it that way.. Granted if i dropped 5k on a paint job, i could sell it and present it a lot better, however then id have some puckered asshole setup that would get a rake dropped on it or some nonsense. I just want to sell it as is and let the next owner pick the paint job. The car is straight now.


Really looking at selling the tl for around 10-15k depending on whats included, sell my 00 accord v6 sedan for about 6000, then get some sort of new nice stock car to drive daily.

heres the latest, i was supposed to get a feature in superstreet, but i waited around and was not ambitious enough to submit the final pictures to the chief editor. I kept thinking, "wait i want to do this before i send finals", and never got anything done. Ive got like at least 4 offers for features that i should pick and go forth on, just lost alot of ambition and cares about it. Im sure they would do some fuckin ricer article, then before i knew it some local twink riceboys would have hearse scrolls on their cars and gold lipped sport max wheels.Fuck it..

getting ready to build a custom rear end for the fc, and cross pipe for the turbo kit/borg warner install...Wiring up 200 shot to progressive speed mapped controller this week though. Already wasted a handfull of street bikes, viper, ferarri, corvette, and a 475whp civic hatchback. NO NITROUS yet.

Raced a heavilly modified gsxr750 till he hit the rev limiter in 6th and i kept pulling with ease. Car should do around 190 if i can stabilize some attributes of the design, speedo pegs at 160 just after i shift into 6th with PLENTY of gear left. Actually flexes the hood so much that the scoop cracked and flew out at around 175 and almost smashed my windshield out.

If you know anyone who may be interested in the TL, let me know. I drove it maybe 3 times in the last few months. It just sets (guarded by heavy arsenal for those of you thief riceboys lurking for a reason to die) in my garage on jack stands.

 

I had to help my friend redesign his front bumper after some high-speed shots showed it warping on the salt flats. Now, his bumper (off the car) can support someone standing on it with zero flex.
