I just signed up to this forum, I have a white 98 2.5 with 15% tints all around. Im tryin to find a chrome or mesh grill for the top and bottom (of the front), I havent seen many grills on these cars but, I definatley need one. I also am looking for a body kit, I have only found one kit which I don't think looks good at all, so if anyone can help that would be great.

I like chrome grills but there aren't any made for our car. You have to custom make it using those rubber inserts (covered in chrome sticker) that is made for the doors so when you open the door you dont ding other peoples car.



or cut out the plastics inside the stock grill


or be different and be jdm using the H grill


or keep it stock


or buy the azect grill

Damn, nice pics, good searching! The TL with the stock grill is fucking clean, My TL is about to get a brand new, better than factory paintjob, 1.5" drop, and stock wheels/tires off a TSX... Already has 5% tint all the way around, Weapon R Intake, and some other goodies... Can't wait to post pics once it all comes together. Just got a bonus and some of the insurance money from when my car got hit so It's looking like mid Jan. Peace!

also, those body kits are sicc, where would i look for a body kit for our cars, ive looked and i only found one plain one. that azect gril is the shit too, reminds me of the 05 TL, where would i get one of those, besides the dealer? and that chrome rubber stuff. im so glad i signed up to this forum, i onl;y know one other person w a frist gen TL and he dont do shit wit it. Im glad u guys love ur cars as much as i do,and getting these tips and advice is fuckin great THANX!

those chrome inserts can be found at pepboys, autozone, walmart, o'reilys, etc. the azect grill is only found in japan so you'd have to order it from japan. there is a guy here who sells the knock off azect though. HQUAKERS posted the link up above. that site sells the body kit too.

Also, demons rage is selling his azect grill, eyelids, and inspire tails...for good prices too. I would jump on the Azect grille since they are rarer than rare.

yeah im tryin to decide if i want to keep the acura clean and stock or if i want to put a body kit on it, www.inspiredmotorsports.com makes some tight lips for our car if you want to check it out, prices are pretty good also. I'm just trying to figure out what to do with my acura, I was thinking front lip and rear lip and just lowering it a inch and a half...

I think if you get the inspired front and rear with no sides, it would look funny. Remember, they're lips, so they will be lower and the side will be stock. Also, those are great kits because they are urethane..not crappy fiberglass.

yea i was thinkin about that and decided to myself that getting the whole thing would just be better. I looked at the kit sorona/erebunicorp made for our car and i dont think it looks good at all, with the kit on inspiredmotorsports its pretty basic and i think if i get that and just slam my acura it'll look pretty damn good. dude. where is that kit available at? that is the best one i think i've seen so far. i like clean, non-flashy stuff and that's clean as hell (w/o the rims and maybe or maybe not lowered).

im lookin for a new grill too . the stock one looks funky to me . i dont like up down grills . i was lookin for a side to side grill kinda like TLin's grill side to side 4 bars , those is nice . if anyone knows the name let me know

yeah thats sexy to . the stock grill just makes me sad when i look at the front of the car, and i been so broke i havent been able to replace my turn signal bulbs in the front so the headlight is just white with no yellow directional lights next to it . my car makes me sad

If you get a grille like ^ Art (Go90go), you can mod the A to fit instead of the H. It has been done before.

Put about $10 a side each week and then it will add up after a while. Any extra money you get, put it away, and then you will make yourself happy.
