How many on here have the extra wood dash? I got mine in and stuck it on (its 3M as Im sure most yall know). It looks good and all, but I think the long piece may be coming loose on the right side by the vent.

How many have had the aftermarket dash from here and had a problem with it coming off? And do they make a real wood kit for the dash?

 

Yep I got the same kit man. The center of my dashboard, those vents, the trim around them is slightly lifting. It sucks. Otherwise the rest is fine.

 

well the trim is I guess dried now or whatever, but now on the right vent (on the center two vents) is coming away from the dash.

The lower right corner of that vent is about a 1/4 inch pooching out, and I can push it back in, but it wont stay in. I think I f######cked it up by pressing on the wood kit. Anyway if anyone has had this happen I am open to ideas, but am about to go for the Ol' super glue

 

well i kinda had the same thing.
when i put it on i put it kind of crooked and messed it up a lil so i just ordered a new piece for around the radio and across the passenger side, i think it was like 65 or sumtin at the time,
all i did was tear that piece off and put the new one on carefully!!!!!!
