Rear orange reflectors

Does any body know how the remove the orange reflectors form the rear lights in 96-98tl

maybe the nossle is a little clogged up? i know mine was a little weird cause there was buildup over the years.

my passenger size nozzle shoots the stuff to the side.. still gotta fix that.. no clogging tho.
