Just got my 96' tl, i really like it but have some problems.

Wondering why sometimes you my pass. side rear window works then it doesnt. Do i just need to grease it?

What is causing the scratch marks on the driverside front window? Can i fix this?

 

I am having similar problems, using driver door buttons for all windows & front passenger door button. A friend has diagnosed the problem as the wrong kind of grease in the conduit, connector. He cleaned it out and the buttons worked fine for a while, now they are on the blink again. Does anybody else have any experience with this problem? ALSO, with regard to scratch marks, i don't know if you can fix the marks, but if you lubricate the system in the door, it helps stop them from getting worse.
