whose TL in NJ?

i was riding on route 35 north approaching the perth amboy theatres on saturday around 6:30 PM and there was a TL with a whale tail and mirror tint behind me...anyone on this board?

it was a 1st gen...it was lowered with rims but i dont remember the color.
