Wheel Direction

I know the wheels from the 3.2 TL-P are Directional, but the guys rotated them for me at discount tire and I forgot to remind them and now I can't remember which whey they face. Can someone post a pic of their car with them on the right way so I can fix them.

think about it, when the car rolls forward, the top of the wheel goes forward then down then back, so the arrows should be pointing forward if you look at them from the top. if you look at them from the front, they should be pointing down. If you look at them from the back, they should be pointing up.

If the tires are directional, they should say which way the rotation is. It's somewhere on the sidewall of the tire.

Most likely they did a straight front to back - same sides rotation

Otherwise look at the arrow as said above

I'm thinking he's talking about the rims themselves, not the tyres. Here's a pic of them properly mounted:

~Cheers~

Yeah, Michelin MXV4 tires are not directional. ^^^^^^That's what I'm talking about, I couldn't remeber which way those tear drops on the rim faced. Thanks!

So- did they rotate front to back or do a cross the rears as they go to the front?

It's not the tires, it's the wheels that are directional. When I worked at discount tire, I believe that we rotated the fronts straight back, and then crossed the rears and moved them to the front, assuming non directional tires. Directionals just flip fopped fronts and rears. They rotated them correctly based on my tires, but I didn't remember to remind them that the wheels themselves are directional, so I'll have to go back and have them switched.
