So reduce the bouncing, should just go with the (cheaper) lowering springs, or should i go with (a little more money) adjustable shocks.

If you have the money go with the koni adjustables. It will lower your car and stop the bouncing, if you just get lowering springs and your shocks(struts) are still bad, your car will still have a bouncy ride
